Learning to ride: category A

You can start category A training from age 24. To register, you need a valid driving licence in any category, a medical certificate and at least six months of registered residence in Estonia.

Start by registering for the course. After making your first payment of €190, begin studying theory online and arrange riding lessons with your instructor.

We will start on the practice ground, where you will get to know the motorcycle and gradually learn to handle it. You will practise riding at walking pace, slalom and a figure of eight, avoiding an obstacle at 30 and 50 km/h, and braking from 50 km/h. These exercises are part of the Transport Administration test.

City riding will not be difficult for those who have completed practice-ground training. Accompanied by your instructor, you will build experience in the city and outside it as you prepare for the state test.

The course includes 3 months of access to online tests. After you pass the theory tests at the driving school and the Transport Administration, the school will book your state driving test.

We will prepare for the test together. We will provide a school training motorcycle and protective gear for your test in Tallinn, as well as an interpreter service. Motorcycle hire and interpreter services are charged separately.

Meet the instructor at Ehitajate tee 150, the zoo car park.
